Life is not supposed to be hard.
but yours often feels exceptionally difficult.
That's because you have a few unhappy habits. Sad, sucky, standard human stuff like:
- CONSTANT SELF-CRITICISM
You know intellectually that you’re not a full-blown trash person, but your inner critic has you caught in a self-loathing spiral. You talk shit to yourself about your body, your failed relationships, your credit card bills, the dishes you still haven’t done, your wobbly winged eyeliner, you-name-it. Everything about you is fair game for painful critique.
- BEATING YOURSELF UP FOR PAST MISTAKES
You can’t stop replaying painful shit from your past. You’d love to move on and let it go fiiiinally, but specific, harsh memories stick around like they’ve been super-glued to your psyche. You’re full of regret and dying for a do-over.
- NEGATIVE COMPARISON
You don’t remember the last time you scrolled through social media without looking at someone else’s posts and consequently comparing them to your own hum-drum existence...even though you know it’s just the “highlight reel”, it’s like everything you see serves as ammo to blast towards your own self-suckage. Ugh, what’s wrong with you?
- FLAILING AND FAILING AND SHIT
You'll say you’re going to do something or make a change, but can't seem to hold yourself accountable. You don’t believe in yourself anymore, or maybe you never did. You have a habit of failure and not finishing things, and it’s heartbreaking.
STOP THE RECORD.
NOT TODAY SATAN.
NOT ON MY WATCH.
You might think these internal habits are circumstantial, temporary, or highly unique to you, but I promise they are not.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women on these exact same struggles, and they all stem from the same singular issue: a fraught, strained, broke-ass relationship.
The relationship between you and you.
and The only solution to that struggle is self-love.
Yup. Self-love. Deceptively simple...yet somehow so hard to wrangle and wrap our heads around?
That’s because real self-love isn't some superficial, self-help nonsense.
Real, authentic, self-love stems from trusting yourself completely (so your thoughts, feelings, and choices are aligned) , respecting yourself entirely (say bye-bye to self-bullying), and supporting yourself like the world’s biggest cheerleader (because you deserve to have your own back, boo).
trust | respect | support
You are the one thing in your life you cannot escape. You are tied to yourself forever (whether your like it or not). You have to learn how to work with, cherish, and support yourself.
If you cannot accept, appreciate, and adore who you are (like right now), you will always accept less than you deserve, diminish yourself in cruel and unconscious ways, and hold yourself back from what you really want.
Self-love is the solution. The Trifecta holds the tools.
When your self-love tank is finally full / borderline overflowing, you get to experience :
FREEDOM AND EASE
You stop fighting with yourself. You have more peace and presence. You celebrate your gifts and strengths, and have equal appreciation for your flaws (because we all got ‘em). Your inner dialogue no longer resembles a drunken, angry puppet show of self-criticism. The inner quiet is blissful.
You're powerful. Unstoppable. You’re not afraid to share your feelings or show up as your authentic self, because you’re committed to being who you really are in the world. You love and cherish that person. You have no desire to be anybody else.
- PEACE WITH THE PAST, EXCITEMENT FOR THE FUTURE.
You’ve moved on from past hurt, and have nothing but compassion for the woman you once were. You Have goals and plans that light you up, and know how to get shit done. Life feels like one big delicious oyster, and you don’t even like oysters!
DEEP, FLOURISHING RELATIONSHIPS.
You’re really good at taking care of yourself, and it’s just as easy to ask others for help when necessary. Your connection with your gut and intuition is spot-on, so creating connections and exercising healthy boundaries isn’t such a circus. You feel safe and supported in the world.
CAN I ASK YOU SOME DELIGHTFUL, necessary questionS?
What is your life going to be like when you finally believe in yourself wholeheartedly?
What are you going to do with all the free time (and energy) you gain from ending the internal battle you have going on with yourself?
How long are you going to continue looking for love and approval outside yourself, when really you know this is an inside job?
Are you ready to be proud of yourself, comfortable in your own sexy skin, and equipped to go after anything your heart desires?
The choice is yours.
