How It Works:

✨ Before we begin: You’ll receive a client questionnaire to share more about yourself and what you’d like to focus on. This helps me prepare so we can make the absolute most of our time together.

😍 The Deep Dive Session: During your session we may weave verbal coaching, embodied exploration, and energy work all in service of your intentions, vision, and desires. (No two sessions are ever the same; this work is uniquely tailored to you!)

🙋🏻‍♀️ Ongoing Support: After our call, you’ll receive the recording within 24 hours, plus two weeks of Voxer access for voice and text-message support as you integrate and take aligned action.

🌀 Integration & Next Steps: We’ll close with a 45-minute Integration Call to celebrate your breakthroughs, anchor your progress, and ensure you feel clear and supported moving forward.
