Drop your excuses
It's time to come clean: What's one seemingly "rational" reason/excuse you've had for not being able to love yourself just yet?
We usually have a story about how we'll be able to love ourselves better "when we ____________" (ie. reach a certain weight, have more time, are in the right relationship, have more money, etc...). This habit of "when I have" points right to our self-love blindspot!
Consciously drop it! Maybe you want to free-write a letter to yourself about why you're not allowed to use this as an excuse anymore, you could write it on an index card and burn that shit, take a walk in nature and toss a big old "excuse" stone into some water, letting it goooo!
