Prior to your private coaching session I will send you a client questionnaire so I can understand precisely where you are in relation to your brilliant biz, and set specific intentions for our time together.

During the session we may engage in any combination of verbal coaching, embodiment practices, and energy work to support your intentions and vision. (We always discuss these modalities in-session, and ensure clear consent prior to exploration.)

After our session you will receive a recording of our call within 24 hours, and have immediate access to me via Voxer for voice and text-message support for the two weeks following. Integration is essential!
