How your NEW LIFE intensive will unfold:
Prior to our initial 2-hour session, I will send you a a potent series of illuminating, *soul-stirring* questions for you to answer, so we can see what version of “NEW LIFE” is beckoning you forward…
During your first session we will dive right in together, engaging in verbal coaching, embodied exploration, and energy work to support your deepest intentions, vision, and desires.
At the end of your session we’ll explore assignments and integration beyond the call, so you can get moving on all of your mind-blowing discoveries and “aha” moments.
From there we will connect inside a 3-week Voxer coaching container (where you have me in your back pocket via voice and text message), which includes a FUTURE SELF Guided Inner Journey. Throughout this time you get to drop in to ask questions, share wins, and receive in-the-moment coaching from me if and when you’re feeling stuck.
Finally, we’ll meet in your final Integration Call to celebrate all of your efforts and awakenings throughout our time together, and ensure a plan for you moving forward, so you can build on the momentum of everything we started…
