This is a 2-part series for healing the Mother Wound, remembering you’ve always been more than enough, and fulfilling your Feminine destiny.

How do you know if the Mother Wound is impacting your daily life, relationships, and overall sense of self?

• You can easily fall into the caretaker or “helper” role in relationships, and typically wind up feeling resentful, frustrated, and under-acknowledged.

• You’ve found yourself searching for love and belonging from a place of emptiness and ache, despite knowing how important it is to “love yourself first”.

• You have spells of feeling somewhat lost in life, or painfully misunderstood — like no one really “gets” you.

• You tend to neglect your own needs, or not even know what you need. There’s a sense of dissatisfaction in your daily life, but figuring out what’s missing or how to fix it sounds exhausting.

• You tend to lose yourself in relationships, slipping into patterns of people-pleasing, over-tolerating, and wanting to “make it work”.

• Your emotions overwhelm you. You often feel like “too much” for others, and even yourself.

• You have fears and shame around not being “good enough” which results in you being extremely hard on yourself, and trying to prove yourself to others.

• You are uncomfortable receiving from others — support, help, compliments, praise. Even though you crave these things, you will simultaneously reject them.

• You are hyper-sensitive to others’ emotions and often feel responsible for their feelings and reactions. You will override your own boundaries or struggle to say “no” if you know it’s going to disappoint or hurt another person.

The Summer Healing Series is designed to specifically target and transform these symptoms of Mother Wounding (which go so much deeper than just the relationship you have with your biological mother or Feminine guardian.)

For the woman who still has resentment, frustration, and hurt to process and resolve regarding her lived experience as a daughter, to a less-than-perfect mortal mother (and that might be putting it lightly).

You have probably already done some Inner Child work and healing, but nothing’s fully “stuck” yet.

And while you know that your mortal mother (or Feminine guardian) did the best she could, you’re still angry, hurt, frustrated, and disappointed by her myriad limitations and/or fuck-up’s.

We will spend time defining what it means to assume the role of Sacred Daughter regardless of your lived experience and upbringing, so you can anchor into being cherished, valued, chosen, and celebrated.

We will also explore the Soul Contract between mother and daughter, and unearth the precise path forward for your Feminine Liberation. So you are not beholden to the wounds of the past, or the scars of your Maternal Lineage.
